Before the treatment plaintiff had a few questions about the procedure, yet the manager at the facility, annoyed by plaintiff's valid concerns, disparaged plaintiff and refused to address plaintiff's concerns. The facility then refused to treat plaintiff, claiming that they don't treat patients with low levels of hemoglobin and that plaintiff would be transported to another hospital. Plaintiff then refused to go to another hospital and wanted to go home instead, yet plaintiff, who was physically weak, was then seized by defendant police officers and handcuffed. The officers claimed that plaintiff had to go to another hospital, grabbing plaintiff and causing him to fall to the ground. Plaintiff was then detained and forcibly transported to another hospital, even though he was not engaging in any illegal activity and was perfectly able to make his own medical decisions. As a result of defendants' actions, plaintiff sustained severe physical injuries and emotional distress.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240902033920/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=Jn7fx/uV5KDmcQiKLHstcA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/VLLT-jamilet-rosario.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"106546","overtime":"25075","other":"19057","total":"150679"},"id":"VLLT","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/VLLT"}
