Defendants unlawfully detained and searched Plaintiff, the other passengers, and the vehicle. Defendant officers arrested Plaintiff. During the arrest, defendants punched him in the face; slammed his head on the vehicle; threw him to the ground and put a knee in his back, suffering physical injuries including cuts, abrasions and contusions to his face and knees.
