Each observed the illegal and had a reasonable opportunity to intervene to prevent and/or stop the illegal and unconstitutional conduct.\n\nThe Plaintiff was maliciously prosecuted, and denied the right to a fair trial, as a result, the Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned until the charges were dismissed on February 8, 2019. \n\nSignificant personal and financial harm to him and emotional distress to his wife, Takiya Dukes-Benson was caused as a result.
