On that day, plaintiff was passenger in a vehicle when defendants stopped the vehicle and questioned plaintiff about where illegal firearms could be found.  Defendants then proceeded to conduct a strip-search of plaintiff with attendant cavity inspection.  They then violently contorted plaintiff's arms behind his back to apply metal handcuffs disregarding Plaintiff's complaints that the cuffs were placed on too tightly causing him significant discomfort and pain.  Defendants then fingerprinted, photographed and detained plaintiff in a cell for ca. 6 hours.  Plaintiff requested from defendants that he needed his medication, which they ignored.  Defendants then removed plaintiff to Central Booking where he was photographed, searched, eye-scanned and then detained in a cell over the course of two days before being released.  Defendants, including officers LISCOE, NGUYEN and DOE 1-10, fabricated evidence including allegations that plaintiff was an aggressor in a domestic violence dispute, which they forwarded to prosecutors to initiate a criminal prosecution of plaintiff.
