Defendant's physically abused Plaintiff by forcibly grabbing, pushing, and forcibly twisting his wrists. Defendants searched Plaintiff's car finding nothing illegal on his person or in the car.  The Defendants stated that they could have given Plaintiff a ticket for cutting off a driver and speeding, both allegations that Plaintiff denies. Instead Defendant officers squeezed the handcuffs tighter resulting in contusions, swelling, and loss of feeling. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct and then to Central Booking where they were subjected to invasive searches. Defendant Officer Joel Ayala signed a criminal complaint against Plaintiff in which they affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations that Plaintiff had illegally possessed a controlled substance.
