Mhra invited Plaintiff to his suite and agreed to pay Plaintiff for sex via a mobile payment platform. In the suite Mrha indicated he had paid and began sexual acts. Plaintiff attempted to wait for confirmation of payment first but Mhra forced her into sexual acts regardless. After Mhra ejaculated Plaintiff demanded her payment, which had still not gone through, and refused to leave until payment. Mhra contacted hotel security, who contacted PO Denzel Jacobs and other unnamed officers. Plaintiff was arrested and charged with trespass based on a purported trespass notice issued on July 11, 2013. The notice was never executed by Plaintiff, and the criminal prosecution against her was dismissed on January 23, 2017.
