She was not told her charges, and practically dragged in plain view of her entire office to the outside parking lot where multiple \"New Jersey State Police\" vehicles were parked. Plaintiff was forced into the back seat of one of the cruisers, without being provided with any Miranda rights, why she had been arrested, and no arrest warrant was given. While Plaintiff was booked in Bergen County Jail, Attorney General Eric Schneider organized a massive press release campaign that distributed her driver's license photograph and her actual name. Between February 14 and 17, despite Plaintiff's lawyer providing extensive exculpatory evidence, defendants, including lead prosecutor in charge, Howard Feldberg, failed and refused to review the evidence of innocence up and down the chain of command. Only on February 20, 2014, did defendant Howard Feldberg begin to doubt the veracity of his own \"investigation\" team's defective work product, and Plaintiff was released from Bergen County Jail. Plaintiff's warrant as a fugitive was only vacated on February 25, 2014, but defendants still did not take any action to eliminate their website, their press release materials, and their massive media campaign in which Plaintiff was still identified directly and obviously as a drug gang; money launderer; organized prostitution operator; sex-and-drugs \"Party Pack\" distributor of the sleaziest kind.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.437647/gov.uscourts.nysd.437647.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4920439-Lee-et-al-v-Schneiderman-et-al"},{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4920440-Lee-et-al-v-Schneiderman-et-al"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/14430242/lee-v-schneiderman/"}],"id":"VU6Z","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/VU6Z"}
