POs slammed Plaintiff into a vehicle and a metal gate, causing excruciating pain, bleeding, abrasions, and swelling to Plaintiff's nose, shoulder, elbow, and arms. POs then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back and affixed too-tight metal handcuffs to his wrists, causing lacerations, bruises, and swelling to his wrists in addition to pain and discomfort to other parts of his body. Plaintiff was searched without legal justification, and though he asked multiple times why he was being arrested POs ignored him. Plaintiff was taken to the 40th Precinct where he was interrogated without counsel. Plaintiff requested medical attention but was ignored. Plaintiff was wrongfully held for approximately 55 hours and  maliciously prosecuted until all charges were ultimately dismissed.
