Plaintiff never gave any consent, and any consent was obtained through coercion. Defendant Officers performed an illegal blood draw of Plaintiff's blood at the hospital. Following the emergency surgery, a dressing was placed over Plaintiff's eye, who was told under no circumstances was the dressing supposed to be removed. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct for processing, where Defendant Officers Bullock, Christen, and John or Jane Doe 1-10 violently tore the surgical dressing protection off his eye. Defendant Officers fabricated a false narrative in which they claimed Plaintiff committed the criminal acts of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol or Drugs.
