Defendant Officers found a common folding knife in vehicle and later arrested Plaintiff for this knife claiming the arrest was for unlawful possession of a \"gravity knife\" and applied too tight handcuffs to Plaintiff. Plaintiff was then taken to the Precinct where he was eventually released with a Desk Appearance Ticket. There officers falsely swore Plaintiff had been disorderly and resisted arrest.
