Plaintiff was strip-searched, and Defendants did not find any illegal items on her person. Plaintiff was detained at the precinct, and her arrest processed. Plaintiff was then taken to court for an appearance before a judge. Plaintiff spent approximately 72 hours in custody until she was let go from central booking after being released ROR.
