Defendants coerced an eyewitness to claim he saw plaintiff at the scene in exchange for release from federal custody; the eyewitness later recanted his testimony and admitted he never saw plaintiff. On August 1, 2024, Plaintiff was acquitted and all charges dismissed and sealed in their entirety.
