He was then taken to the 67th Precinct, where he was held, interrogated, and subjected to coercive tactics, including false claims of a search warrant for his home.\n\nMr. Osman was detained until approximately 12:30 AM on March 1, 2023, at which point he was released with a ticket for allegedly not wearing a seatbelt. The complaint alleges that the actions of the officers were unjustified, caused him psychological distress, and resulted in physical injuries, particularly to his wrists. The charges against Mr. Osman were later dismissed. P.O. grabbed Plaintiff Johnson by the wrist, pulled her out of the daycare, and handcuffed her. Despite Plaintiff Johnson’s repeated pleas for information, none of P.O. told them she was arrested, then placed Plaintiff inside a vehicle without air conditioning. P.O. did not allow the medication to be given to Plaintiff Johnson when Plaintiff Johnson’s mother and son came to the Precinct. Later P.O. searched Plaintiff’s home and found nothing.
