After spending several hours at the 49th precinct, Plaintiff was removed to Bronx County Central Booking.  \n\nOn July 2, 2022, Plaintiff was arraigned in Bronx County Criminal Court charging her with Criminal Mischief and Obstructing Governmental Administration. At the time of her arraignment, she was released and ordered to return to court.
