Plaintiff grabbed his wallet from the mid console compartment, however, simultaneously, as he opened the wallet, defendant pulled the handle to the front passenger door, as a result, plaintiff flinched causing the DL slipped out of the wallet and landed in between the driver’s seat and the mid console. Plaintiff was then asked to get out of the car, and defendants conducted a search on him.
