Plaintiff was lawfully inside her girlfriend's apartment at 1253 Commonwealth Avenue in the Bronx. The girlfriend was depressed and tried to commit suicide by taking too many prescription pills and then called 911 and asked for an ambulance to come to her home. Then defendant NYPD officers came to the apartment and the officers and EMS spoke to the girlfriend and gave medical treatment. Plaintiff then tried to leave the apartment but then police officers grabbed plaintiff and put in an illegal choke hold causing Plaintiff to lose consciousness for a few minutes. The Defendant Police officers put Plaintiff in handcuffs and arrested Plaintiff without probable cause. The officers picked Plaintiff up off the floor and then purposely dropped her back onto the floor. Defendants took Plaintiff to St. Barnabas Hospital against Plaintiff's will. The Defendants knowingly and wrongfully accused Plaintiff of being emotionally disturbed. At the hosptial Plaintiff got medical treatment for physical injuires and after 3 hours in police custody the police removed Plaintiff's handcuffs and from custody of the hosptial. Plaitniff was put under arrest and unlawfully detained and confined without legal justification or probable cause. Here, plaintiff was struck and knocked to the ground by a black motor vehicle driven by an unknown white female. The unknown driver made a telephone call to her brother, who is alleged to be an NYPD officer, who arrived with Defendant Officer Maldonado, Defendant Officer Lamar, and Defendant Officer John Doe 10-15 minutes later. John Doe told plaintiff not to report the incident or go to the hospital, verbally threatening him with threats of handcuffing, arrest, and murder. Plaintiff later arrived at the hospital for treatment for head and facial injuries, fracture of facial bones, multiple bruises, contusions, and other injures.\n\nIncident 2: May 18, 2013 at 5-6pm while plaintiff was walking along the sidewalk on Glenwood Road between E 79 and E 80 St, Brooklyn, he was assaulted by three NYPD Officers - John Doe No. 2, No. 3, and No.4. Plaintiff was punched, beaten, struck with batons and other objects and hit about the head, face, and body by defendants 2, 3, and 4. Defendants 2, 3, 4 threaded plaintiff to drop the charged from the May 4 incident, or they were going to kill him. Plaintiff later received medical treatment for injuries sustained during the attack.\n\nIncident 3: May 22, 2013 at approximately 11:30am, plaintiff and his father were on the sidewalk at 105th St and Farragut Road, Brooklyn when Defendant Police Sergeant Prince and defendant officer John Doe 5 without just cause or other legal reason stopped and searched plaintiff.
