The 911 call resulted from a verbal argument Plaintiff had with his wife where the frustrated Plaintiff damaged property in the apartment.  Plaintiff in no way injured or assaulted his wife, child, or anyone else. Defendants arrested Plaintiff using excessive force, injuring his knee, triggering an asthma attack, and applied the handcuffs in an excessively tight manner.  Plaintiff was transported to Jacobi Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries.  During the arrest Defendants physically pulled Plaintiff's child away from him with unreasonable and excessive force, hurting the child's arm and leg, requiring medical treatment.  Defendants initiated criminal prosecution against Plaintiff and as a result of the arrest an ACS investigation was also initiated against Plaintiff.
