Despite finding nothing, the officers placed Ourlicht in tight handcuffs and arrested him for possession of marijuana and smoking in public. After being searched yet again at the precinct, Ourlicht was told that he was being charged only with destruction of evidence. Upon discovering that Ourlicht worked in the courts, the officers told him that this incident would not have happened had they known. After six hours spent in custody, Ourlicht was released due to a declination to prosecute.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.434856/gov.uscourts.nyed.434856.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/15820619/ourlicht-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/21029172-stembridge-f45d63d8198886c0f2381cb1534cf13bd131f2e3","type":"brady-giglio"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/W7K3-joshua-stembridge.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"40406","other":"20372","total":"169288"},"id":"W7K3","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/W7K3"}
