The Defendants violently and aggressively grabbed Plaintiff's head and body without any legal justification. The Defendants then illegally searched Plaintiff without any legal justification. Even though Plaintiff wasn't resisting arrest, the Defendants slammed Plaintiff to the ground and violently twisted his arms back in order to arrest him. The Defendants handcuffed Plaintiff so tightly that it caused physical injury. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct, where he was searched and interrogated without receiving Miranda warnings. Plaintiff was transported to central booking.
