POs initiated a malicious prosecution against Plaintiff, and Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking where he waited approximately 11 hours before seeing a judge. His false charges were initially adjourned in contemplation of dismissal but when lab tests failed to identify any controlled substances Plaintiff's case was dismissed outright in furtherance of justice.
