They slammed him to the pavement, causing severe injuries to his head and back. At this moment they started arresting him, restraining him with handcuffs. Plaintiff was treated for his injuries in a hospital center where he received several staples in his head, among other things. He was sent to the precinct, whereas police officers falsely explained the District Attorney that the plaintiff was engaged in obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, and other related charges. Plaintiff has permanent scars on is head and back from the injurious attack.
