Plaintiff was able to capture the incident on video on his cell phone before the defendant officers took his cell phone. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct and issued a summons by Defendant Officer Sheikh Aktaruzzaman, who lied and stated the Plaintiff had committed disorderly conduct. Plaintiff was released and required to appear in court.
