The officers then falsely accused plaintiff of illegally possessing weapons and drugs. Plaintiff was searched and tightly handcuffed, causing substantial pain. Plaintiff was then transported to a police precinct, where he was searched, processed, and detained. During arraignment, plaintiff was prosecuted with committing crimes based on false police reports, and all charges were later dismissed in plaintiff's favor.
