Plaintiff was arraigned on a criminal complaint with false allegations that Defendants knew were false and brought  to the District Attorney against Plaintiff saying that Plaintiff was in possession of cocaine and marijuana, and that Plaintiff was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.
