They proceeded to falsely accuse him of a criminal offense he did not commit and then grabbed his head and body whilst conducting an illegal search of the Plaintiff's clothing and personal items. The Officers then violently applied excessively tight handcuffs causing further pain before transporting the Plaintiff to a psychiatric hospital for forced treatment while handcuffed for the duration of the time, approximately one day. After the forced treatment he was transported to Central Booking and held in a dirty cell until release from custody after his arraingment.
