Defendant POs in helmets and combat gear, with guns drawn and pointed, broke down the apartment door and rushed towards Plaintiff. Filled with fear Plaintiff complied and collapsed to the floor where Defendants handcuffed her immediately. While on the ground Plaintiff asked why this was occurring and the Defendant POs responded that she was resisting arrest and going to jail for possession of drugs.
