Perl, waiving and motioning for him to pull over. After he pulled over, Perl, posing as a prostitute, tried to entice him into soliciting her for sexual activity. Exeter refused their advances and drove off. He was then stopped by 2 unmarked police vehicles, and defendant P.O. Cuoco physically removed Exeter from his vehicle after he asked why he was being stopped and arrested him for soliciting a prostitute. Cuoco pushed Exeter against the car and handcuffed him, ignoring Exeter's complaints that he was being too rough. As a result of this argument, the police (Police Officers Michael Demonda, Louis Stephenson, Nicole Perl and Sgt. Nathan Mole and unknown officers) arrived at the business, and without investigation or hesitation, started to attack, assault and arrest the plaintiffs. NYPD officers beat the plaintiffs without justification or cause. Once arrested and transported to the precinct, officers ridiculed the plaintiffs with foul and racist language. One of the plaintiffs' case was dismissed after several court appearances while another plaintiff pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge and received three years probabtion.
