Mr. Nelson was transported against his will to the 79th Precinct, where he was held for approximately four hours. He was then transported to Kings County Central Booking, where he was held for the next twenty-two hours. While Mr. Nelson was in custody, the defendant police officers provided false and misleading information to the Kings County District Attorney's office, claiming that Mr. Nelson had obstructed a governmental administration. Defendant Officer Jung Kim, a Sargent, told him to put the gun away but Defendant Hyun Kim ignored him. Defendant Hyun Kim held a gun two inches from Plaintiff's face and held it there making verbal threats to Plaintiff. Finally, the owner and manager went to the room and told Defendants that the police had been called. Defendants left the cafe.
