Regardless, POs grabbed Plaintiff violently by his disabled leg and neck and ripped him from the car. \n\nPlaintiff was then illegally searched, including in intimate areas, without legal justification. POs then slammed Plaintiff on a car before violently handcuffing Plaintiff's wrists with excessively tight cuffs. The cuffs caused Plaintiff to experience bruising, swelling, pain, and discomfort. POs, taking inappropriate advantage of Plaintiff's disability, then allowed Plaintiff to fall backward to the ground while handcuffed with no ability to catch himself. Plaintiff's cell phone had started recorded and continued recording as POs took possession of it. Plaintiff's cell phone documented POs mocking and ridiculing Plaintiff in their police car as they fabricated charges against him. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned for approximately three hours before his release. Plaintiff was also maliciously prosecuted but all charges were terminated due to lack of probable cause.
