Plaintiff Andries was placed in handcuffs and under arrest with no legal basis. \n\nPlaintiff King's criminal case was subsequently dismissed on December 05, 2018. \n\nPlaintiff's Peterson and Andries appeared in court as required and had their criminal cases dismissed on June 15, 2018.
