Defendant officers forcibly entered with guns drawn and conducted a warrantless search of the apartment, ultimately discovering cocaine and an imitation pistol in a locked room not subject to the control of plaintiffs. Defendant officers fabricated false statements asserting that the contraband was found in the common area of the apartment.
