Plaintiff did not commit any crime or violation of the law nor was there an indication of such.  Plaintiff was lawfully driving when Defendant Officers approached in marked vehicles. Plaintiff continued driving and turned onto Fulton Ave while Defendants continued to follow him in marked vehicles. Defendants, then illegally pulled over and stopped Plaintiff in an unmarked car within the vicinity of the intersection at Stuyvesant and Bainbridge. Plaintiff was stopped at the intersection when Defendant Officers, intentionally, and with deliberate indifference to Plaintiff crashed their marked police vehicle into the front of Plaintiff's vehicle. Defendant Officers then exited their vehicle and approached with their handguns drawn and aimed at Plaintiff. Defendant Officers DOE 1-10, then unlawfully seized and arrested Plaintiff by grabbing him by their body and limbs. Defendant Officers physically restrained Plaintiff by violently contorting his arms behind his back, and affixing metal handcuffs to Plaintiff's wrists in an excessively tight fashion, and punching, kicking, and striking Plaintiff in his ribs and face.\n\nDefendants accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense and other charges. Defendant Officers lacked any probable cause or reasonable suspicion to stop, seize and arrest Plaintiff, because Defendants never observed Plaintiff commit any crime or violation of the law, and had no reasonable suspicion or probable. Defendant officers then Illegally searched Plaintiff's person and conducted an invasive body cavity search within the purview of a gathering crowd. Defendant LAMBERT then removed $10,000 from Plaintiff's person for which only $5,700 was vouched for by Defendant Officers. Defendant Officers filed the criminal court complaint against Plaintiff which falsely accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense and other related charges. Defendant Officers knowingly, maliciously and intentionally engaged in the fabrication of false and fictitious evidence.
