The agency called 911 and Defendants arrived. Employees fabricated false allegations to avoid their legal obligations or debts, namely falsely accusing Plaintiff of damaging a television with an air-freshener.\n Defendants placed under arrest without verifying the information or probable cause. Defendants contorted Plaintiff’s hands behind her back, while applying metal handcuffs to her wrists in an excessively tight fashion.\nShe was transported to the 114th Precinct of the NYPD, where she was criminally processed, fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched with an attendant cavity inspection.\nDefendants, including LOUGHRAN slammed Plaintiff’s  head into a wall, and thereby transported Plaintiff against her will to a Queens County hospital to  have Plaintiff committed to a psychiatric ward.\nDefendants falsely and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff and provided false and misleading information to the DA. \n On August 25, 2021, all adverse charges were summarily dismissed and \nsealed in Plaintiff's favor.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=RlPWC4Pfya5sgWIKUN/zkQ==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/WNVD-stephanie-loughran.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"43868","other":"22129","total":"174507"},"id":"WNVD","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/WNVD"}
