Plaintiff was never read Miranda rights. Defendants searched the apartment and threw items around. Defendants brought Plaintiff downstairs, in front of the building, handcuffed. Plaintiff was taken to, and placed in, an unmarked van. Plaintiff was taken to the 25th Precinct for processing, then to Central Booking. She was released from that night. Upon release, Plaintiff received an NYPD document, stating the DA was refusing to prosecute. Plaintiff acquired a letter from the DA, dated April 18, 2013, stating they declined to prosecute Plaintiff. Any such information implicating Mr. Griffin in the sale of drugs to Ms. Bennette was false. Griffin was arraigned and remained incarcerated until his release on January 18, 2012, with his case dismissed on December 18, 2012.
