Plaintiff left his friend's apartment, and was standing in the hallway of the fourth floor, waiting for his friend to come out. The Defendant Officers approached Plaintiff and told him he was trespassing.  Plaintiff responded by telling the officer that he is visiting his friend, in Apt 4B, named Chris.  The Defendant Officers refused to listen to Plaintiff, and placed him in\nhandcuffs.  The Plaintiff yelled for his friend to come outside, and Chris and his mother, who both live at the location, came outside. Chris and his mother told the Defendant Officers that Plaintiff was visiting them, but the Defendant Officers refused to listen. The Defendants unlawfully placed Plaintiff under arrest.\n\nDefendants then slammed Plaintiff into the building wall, while handcuffed,\ncausing bruising and injury to Plaintiff's head. Defendants then dragged Plaintiff down the stairs, while handcuffed, causing injury to Plaintiff's legs, back, and shoulder. Plaintiff was then to PSA 2 police station against his will, where Plaintiff\nwas unlawfully photographed, fingerprinted, and detained in a holding cell. Plaintiff was unlawfully detained for approximately 10 hours until he was released with a Desk Appearance Ticket for Trespass. The defendant's police officers provided the District Attorney's Office with the false information that Plaintiff committed a crime. The DA declined to prosecute.  Plaintiff never went to court or saw a judge.
