Subsequently, the Ex returned with the aforementioned police officers complaining that the plaintiff had assaulted her and the police officers arrested the plaintiff. After a few hours, the plaintiff had a panic attack and had to be taken to the hospital, where she was shackled and handcuffed and left scars on her legs.
