The officers searched plaintiff and his belongings, including money he had, which was seized by the officers.  Plaintiff was held for over 24 hours before being arraigned and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and other related charges.  After several court appearances (one of which was a suppression hearing, in which the court found P.O.
