The officers forcefully pulled Plaintiff out of the car and began beating Plaintiff with a baton and the butt of a gun. After being arrested and taken to the precinct, Plaintiff was charged with Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Refusal to Take Breath Test. After further false statements by the officers, Plaintiff was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest, Criminal Mischief, Reckless Driving, and Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired.
