Plaintiff complied with both requests, and he informed the officers that he borrowed the vehicle from his friend. The officers then instructed plaintiff to step outside of the vehicle. Plaintiff complied reluctantly and inquired the reason for it, but the officers ignored the inquiry and proceeded to search plaintiff and the vehicle without proper cause or warrant. Having discovered a baby bottle with unknown substance, which plaintiff did not know existed since he borrowed the car, the officers proceeded to arrest plaintiff with tight handcuff and took him to the 46th precinct, where he was photographed and strip-searched.
