Plaintiff's friend was allowed to go into his house and produce plaintiff's identification.  Despite producing the identification, plaintiff was handcuffed excessively tight, transported to a precinct, and strip-searched twice.  Detective Rogers fabricated allegations that plaintiff had tried to burn him with a lit cigarette and resisted arrest.  Plaintiff was arraigned and released on her own recognizance.
