On said date and time the Defendants unlawfully approached Plaintiff and his friend in their unmarked police vehicle, jumped the curb with their police vehicle, and exited their vehicle without announcing and/or identifying their presence as police officers, causing Plaintiff to suffer shock, fear of bodily harm posed to his person, minor emotional distress and to flee the vicinity of this complained-of-incident out of fear of bodily harm posed to his person. The defendants unlawfully approached Plaintiff in another marked vehicle, demanded that he stop, failed to identify themselves as police and threatened Plaintiff with excessive force via the use of a taser on Plaintiff's person. Plaintiff then lawfully complied with the orders of Defendants. The defendants then falsely accused Plaintiff of a criminal offense and reached out with their arms and violently grabbed the Plaintiff about his person and limbs and illegally seizing his person. Defendants then proceeded to conduct an illegal search of Plaintiff's person. No contraband was found. Defendants then violently contorted Plaintiff's arms behind his back to affix metal handcuffs to Plaintiff's wrists in an\nexcessively tightened fashion, causing Plaintiff to experience further substantial pain, the aggravation of his pre-existing shoulder injury. Defendants then placed Plaintiff in a police vehicle and transported him against his will to the 30th Precinct, where he was fingerprinted, searched or strip-searched with attendant cavity inspection, photographed, questioned as to his pedigree, unlawfully interrogated without presence of counsel, and illegally detained in a dank and dirty cell for approximately ten (10) hours before being transported against his will to Central Booking, where Plaintiff was fingerprinted, photographed, searched, retina-scanned, and illegally detained throughout various dank and dirty cells for approximately twenty-four (24) hours until his release from physical custody on or about January 20, 2022, after his arraignment. Plaintiff  was denied his rights to Fair Trial and Due Process and was maliciously prosecuted from the moment of his arraignment, until all adverse charges under New York County Criminal Arrest No. M22602167 were summarily and unconditionally dismissed and pursuant to sections 160.50 or 160.60 of the New York Criminal Procedure Law on or about January 20, 2022 when the District Attorney's office declined to prosecute Plaintiff, likely due to a lack of probable cause for his arrest.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=38L7U7y9rCWvRu0s_PLUS_fuzCg==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"43563","other":"14406","total":"166479"},"id":"X3SH","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/X3SH"}
