The officers seized an incorrect claim that Mr. Cardwood was not licensed to drive, and then claimed Mr. Cardwood possessed a weapon, which was dismissed by the Queens County District Attorney's Office. As visible and audible on video one or more of the officers told Mr. Cardwood that he was being arrested because he would not shut the fuck up and was trying to be a street lawyer. After spending 24 hours incarcerated, Mr. Cardwood was charged with resisting arrest, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct. Some of these charges were not prosecuted and the remainder would be dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nyed.512880/gov.uscourts.nyed.512880.1.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/68393148/cardwood-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/X6LH-adam-arce.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"119248","regular":"113394","overtime":"32484","other":"15929","total":"161807"},"id":"X6LH","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/X6LH"}
