Upon seeing the individual again, Plaintiff called 911 and asked an officer to come to the scene to ensure a second false complaint was not made against her. Defendant officer Penaranda responded for a second time but refused to file a report of the incident. Plaintiff asked Defendant Penaranda for his badge number, and in response he unlawfully handcuffed, searched, and falsely arrested Plaintiff without probably cause or legal justification. Defendant unlawfully transported Plaintiff to the PSA 5 stationhouse where Plaintiff was placed into a holding cell, where she suffered a severe migraine and began vomiting.\nIn the holding cell, Plaintiff informed Defendant NYPD at the stationhouse that she was vomiting, in severe pain, ill, and therefore requested medical treatment. Defendant officers told her to shut up and refused to obtain medical attention to her. Plaintiff was detained for several hours in the holding cell before she was transported to Central Booking.
