Defendants then placed Plaintiff Mr. Wright in a police vehicle and transported him to his residence within the vicinity and continued to illegally detain Plaintiff outside while they conducted an unlawful search of said residence. Defendants stated to Plaintiff Wright that if he did not admit to possession of contraband then Plaintiff Echevarria would be arrested. On said date and time, Plaintiff Echevarria was lawfully present inside her place of residence within the vicinity, then Defendants illegally approached, stopped and detained Plaintiff Ms. Echevarria, while she was naked, with their weapons drawn and aimed at her face. Defendant then conducted an illegal strip search of Plaintiff Echevarria's person while Defendants conducted an illegal search of Plaintiffs' residence, then proceeded to violently contort Plaintiff Echevarria's arms behind her back so that they could tightly handcuffed her. Plaintiffs were then placed in a police vehicle and transported them against their will to the 47th Precinct.
