A detective told Plaintiff1 to report the indident in 34th Precinct. At around 7:00 p.m. Plaintiff1, his brother, Plaintiff2, and their sister went to the 34th Precinct in New York to report the assault.\n\nOfficers Calvin Reyes, Angela PolancoBrito, Detective Isaac Montalvo, and unidentified John Doe officers were rude and dismissive to them. When Plaintiffs’ sister attempted to record the officers’ behavior, the officers allegedly escalated the situation by grabbing and physically assaulting the Plaintiffs and detaining them without probable cause. Officers kicked plaintiffs,handcuffed plaintiffs excessively and tightly.\n\nPlaintiffs were detained at the 34th Precinct and later taken to Central Booking for arraignment, where they were held until their release.
