Plaintiff's son screamed for help, and when Plaintiff called out, one officer charged her and punched her in the head. Plaintiff then raised her hands above her head in submission. The officers yelled \"Stop resisting\", and one officer left the vehicle, slammed Plaintiff to the ground and handcuffed her. The initial officer then pulled out his gun and pointed it at Plaintiff. The officers placed Plaintiff in the car and brought her to the 52nd precinct for multiple hours of processing. She eventually was transported to Central Hospital in the Bronx for treatment of her injuries. After, Plaintiff was held in custody for an additional number of hours.
