The plaintiff's acquaintance exited the residence to speak with the defendant officers. After about approximately ten (10) minutes, the defendant aggressively entered the plaintiff's residence (without a warrant, permission or probable cause), pushed the plaintiff and then handcuffed him tightly behind his back, causing bruising and numbness to his wrists and hands.  Plaintiff was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration and Harassment. Thereafter, the plaintiff was transported to a nearby police precinct. In connection with the plaintiff's arrest, the defendants filled out a false and/or misleading police report and forwarded it to the prosecutors at the New York County District Attorney's Office. The police report claimed that the plaintiff stated, \"I will slap the shit out of a cop, I like to hit cops,\" and that the plaintiff pushed a police officer and refused to cooperate with the lawful instruction of the officers.
