While there, plaintiff was told that he was there for possession and sale of marijuana and that given his parole status, he could be given the max sentence for his case. He was then told that he could go if he gave information. Plaintiff declined because he did not know the other person on which they wanted information. Plaintiff was charged and no evidence was ever offered as to whether narcotics were recovered from plaintiff.
