Defendants arrested plaintiff and charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. During Grand Jury Proceeding, Doe \"597\" testified he observed plaintiff receive pre-recorded \"buy money\" during a narcotics operation. During trial, Doe \"597\" was unable to identify plaintiff as the person he observed on January 3, 2008 receive \"buy money\" during a narcotics operation on January 3, 2008. Plaintiff PRINCE spent approximately 2 years in jail as a result of defendants false accusations. On November 11, 2009, plaintiff was acquitted and the case discharged and sealed.
