While there, defendant NYPD Officers XX Mastromatteo and XX Leone arrived and asked plaintiff to leave. As he did, defendant Mastromatteo pushed plaintiff into a stairwell, which caused plaintiff to hit his face on a window ledge and cut his finger. Mastromatteo then pushed plaintiff against a wall and struck plaintiff with his radio. Defendant Leone did nothing to prevent this conduct. Defendants then arrested plaintiff and made false reports which caused plaintiff to be charged with disorderly conduct.\n\nDuring an appearance for the above charges, plaintiff, handcuffed at the courthouse, was dragged down several stairs by defendant Corrections Officers Ivan Lowe, Medina Francisco and other John Doe officers. Defendants Lowe and Francisco then punched and kicked him as he lay on the ground. Plaintiff lost several teeth in this incident, and defendants refused to provide him medical assistance despite his repeated requests.
